Privacy Policy

VANANHTIEN (operated by VAN ANH TIEN LLC) offers mobile applications and related services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use our apps, websites, and services (collectively, the “Services”). It applies together with our Terms of Service. Words defined in the Terms have the same meaning here unless we say otherwise.

Introduction

We respect your privacy. By using our Services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Services.

Information We Collect

Depending on which of our apps you use and how you use them, we may collect or process the following categories of information:

Some information may remain on your device and is not transmitted to us unless the feature you use requires it. Where our apps use Google APIs, our use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Face-related data. For apps that use camera or face-related features: we do not use your face data to build a face profile for unrelated purposes, we do not sell face data, and we do not share face data with advertising networks. Recordings or media you create may be stored locally on your device unless a specific feature clearly states otherwise.

How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

Third-Party Services and SDKs

Our apps rely on third-party services, software development kits (SDKs), and platform providers to function on mobile devices and app stores. These providers may collect or process data under their own policies. We select providers to perform services on our behalf (such as hosting, analytics, advertising, or crash reporting) and require them to use your information only as needed for those services.

Examples of third parties that may be used in our apps include (actual providers depend on the specific app):

We encourage you to review each provider’s privacy policy for details on their practices.

Advertising and Analytics

Some of our apps may display advertisements or use analytics to understand how the Services are used. Ad and analytics partners may use cookies, advertising identifiers, or similar technologies on mobile or web surfaces to measure impressions, clicks, or conversions, and to show more relevant ads where permitted by law and platform rules.

You can often limit ad personalization through your device settings (for example, “Reset advertising ID” or “Opt out of Ads Personalization” on Android) or through platform-specific controls. Our apps themselves may not offer every advertising control; platform-level settings apply broadly.

Purchases and Subscriptions

Paid features may be offered through in-app purchases or subscriptions processed by Google Play or other app stores. Those platforms collect payment information and handle billing. We receive information needed to confirm entitlements (for example, subscription status), not your full financial account details.

Subscription terms (including renewal, cancellation, and trial conversion) are governed by the app store’s terms and the disclosures shown at purchase. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your store account settings.

User Content and Uploaded Files

When you upload or submit content (such as images, documents, or recordings), we process that content only to provide the feature you use. You should avoid submitting sensitive information unless the app is designed for that purpose and you accept the associated risks.

Unless a feature explicitly states that content is stored in the cloud or shared, prefer storing content on your device. Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful material.

AI Processing, if applicable

Some of our apps may offer features that use machine learning or cloud-based artificial intelligence (for example speech recognition, translation, or image processing). When you use such a feature, portions of your input may be sent to us or to subprocessors we use solely to generate the output you requested.

We do not use your inputs to train third-party foundation models for their general products unless we clearly disclose that and obtain consent where required. If an app does not include AI features, this section does not apply to that app.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information in the conventional sense of selling lists of individuals for money. We may share information:

Data Retention

We retain information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required by law. Technical logs and analytics may be kept in aggregated or shortened form. When retention ends, we delete or de-identify information according to our practices and technical capabilities.

Account and Data Deletion

If an app offers an account, you may request account deletion or correction of your personal information by contacting us at the email below. Some data may remain in backups for a limited period or where we must retain it for legal reasons. App-store accounts and purchase history are managed through the platform.

Security

We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children’s Privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under that age. If you believe we have collected such information, contact us and we will take steps to delete it promptly.

International Data Transfers

We may process and store information in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers operate. Those countries may have different data protection laws than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You may also have the right to opt out of “sale” or “sharing” of personal information as defined under local law (for example, certain U.S. state laws).

To exercise rights that apply to you, contact us at [email protected]. We may need to verify your request. You will not be discriminated against for exercising your privacy rights.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the “Last updated” date. For material changes, we may provide additional notice (such as in-app or by email) where appropriate. Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
